BNP Paribas Personal Finance selected Vilja Platform for their savings offerings.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a leading provider of personal financing in the Nordics, has selected Vilja’s cloud-native core banking platform for their saving account offerings.

They are a 100% subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group, and gathers more than 20 000 employees and operates in some thirty countries. More information at BNP Paribas Personal Finance

Vilja has a long-standing partnership with BNP Paribas Personal Finance, having built the core banking platform for SevenDay Bank from scratch in 2007. The bank was acquired by BNP Paribas Personal Finance in 2017.

Their strategy is to run the entire Nordic operation on standardized platforms (One Nordic Platform). The project to transition deposit accounts from the current custom-built solution to the Vilja cloud-native platform will commence summer 2023. The first country is Sweden.
